We reserve the right to decline or withdraw services if we determine that treatment is not clinically appropriate for you. Providing false or misleading information during consultation may result in immediate termination of your account and could pose a serious risk to your health.
All weight loss medications dispensed by us require a valid prescription issued by a qualified, registered prescriber. Our prescribers will review your consultation questionnaire before any prescription is approved. No medication will be dispensed without prescriber approval.
Prescriptions are issued at the sole clinical discretion of our prescribers. We do not guarantee that a prescription will be issued following consultation. Prescriptions issued through our service are intended solely for your personal use and must not be shared with others.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely through encrypted payment systems.
Prices displayed on our website include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time; however, orders already confirmed and paid will be honoured at the price agreed at the time of purchase.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is made via a tracked postal or courier service to your registered UK address.
Delivery timescales may be affected by factors outside our control, including Royal Mail delays, adverse weather, or public holidays. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery providers once an order has been dispatched.
It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive medications. We cannot be held responsible for medications that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
You may cancel your order prior to pharmacist approval for a full refund. Once a prescription has been approved and medication has been dispensed or dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds, in accordance with medicines legislation and for patient safety reasons.
If your medication arrives damaged or you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
